How do you control page visitor’s mic & cam from their fone or pc ? Php got the functions ? Which ones ? Say you come to my page. I want your cam & mic to auto act (with your permission) and upload vid & voice to visited page.

It's like the atm machine. They vid record who is withdrawing the cashes. Similarly, I wanna record who is uploading the files to my site database & pages.
