For the manual technique to import Thunderbird emails into Outlook follow following steps:
1. Install and run Mozilla Thunderbird.
2. Open and select the required emails messages in the folder for migration.
3. As per requirement choose all messages or select the required one.
4. Right-click on selected messages and click ‘Save As’ option.
5. Choose a folder and same the messages as an EML file format and click on ‘Select Folder’ and export the message.
6. Now, launch MS Outlook 2007

8. Provide the name to the folder in the Name option and click on the OK tab.
9. Choose the new folder that was created earlier. In this, the middle plane is empty.
10. Choose all the exported emails from Thunderbird.
11. Import all the messages into the new folder by using drag and drop technique in the middle pane of MS outlook 2007. As a result, all the Thunderbird emails will be displayed and the import is done.
